Our Winter Crisis Scheme 2022-23

As we approach the end of the year the cost of living crisis is having a huge impact on people’s mental health, because of the pressure of rising bills and inflation.

We are offering assistance to older PRS members or those who face financial hardship because of long-term illness and increases in fuel costs, and need help to meet the costs of home heating, or are struggling to meet typical household bills, and may have fallen into debt as a result.

“Long-term sick, single parents and older people are once again in the firing line as a result of the cost of living crisis and will face huge additional costs this winter. The PRS Members’ Fund is here to support those vulnerable PRS members who are struggling to make ends meet.” John Logan, PRS Members’ Fund General Secretary.

“We are so grateful your team were able to allocate these funds to help us. I can’t express enough how happy this has made me and my family. We will be able to better enjoy this winter with hope, smiles and less stress…and stay warm!” Winter Crisis Scheme recipient.
