To help us process your application efficiently and avoid any delays, please ensure you provide the following:
- Bank statements for the last two months for all accounts
- Relevant medical documents (if your application involves health concerns).
Your application will be delayed, and may not be considered, without the appropriate supporting documentation.
Eligibility criteria
To meet our eligibility criteria an applicant must have been a PRS member at least for seven years or have earned £500 in royalties.
Note: If you have had support from the Fund in the last 12 months, this will be taken into consideration when assessing your application. All applications for financial support are decided at the sole discretion of the PRS Members’ Fund.
