Music Support – Download for Free The Wellbeing App Thrive

April 23, 2021

The PRS Members’ Fund is pleased to support the initiative of Music Support, the charity that helps those in the music industry affected by mental health and/or addiction, and to offer PRS for Music members one year’s FREE subscription (for a limited period) to NHS approved mental health app, Thrive.

With over 100 hours of content and clinically designed mental health tools, Thrive helps people to manage stress, anxiety and depression.

For further details check on Music Support’s website here along with testimonials from industry peers and a link to register to set up your free Thrive account. You will then have access to the app’s many amazing features including the CBT programme, meditation, calm breathing and live coaching, a confidential text message service that puts users in direct contact with a qualified psychologist who can address immediate concerns they may have for themselves or a friend/colleague/family member.

Whilst Thrive is really beneficial for those in immediate distress it also acts as a preventative tool, guiding users through how to look after their mental health during the current pandemic (and beyond).

If you have any questions or feedback on using the app please contact thrive@musicsupport.org
